Certify Training Camp is revamped


We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: here at Certify, we are absolutely committed to providing you with Customer Happiness. And to prove it, we recently launched a brand new Support site that includes new Knowledge Base documents, a new Frequently Asked Questions section, and an interactive ticketing system. To go along with this new Support site re-launch, we are pleased to announce that we have also uploaded some brand new Training Camp videos!



This new Support site works with Certify’s Single Sign On feature, and is accessible through your Certify online account by clicking the “Support” tab on your account homepage.
Our new tutorial videos are short – only three or four minutes long – and they provide comprehensive instructions to help you start using Certify and Certify Mobile in no time. Topics include Certify Mobile, Managing Receipts and Expenses, Submitting Expense Reports, and Approving Expense Reports. And while these tutorial videos were created for new users, they can be helpful for anyone who might need a refresher. Or if you prefer a more interactive training, you can sign up for one of our weekly live training webinars.
We know that you don’t have time to waste searching through endless pages of documents or trying to learn a new software system on your own, so if you haven’t already, we encourage you to check out our new Support site. Who knows, you might even learn some new tips and tricks while you’re there!
